Glenn E. DuPont D.D.S.

Dr DuPont moved to the west coast of Florida in 1970 and attended Gulf High School in New Port Richey, where he met Janet, his future wife, whom he married in 1975. In 1971 he attended the University of South Florida and played basketball for the Bulls while completing his undergraduate degree. After graduating from Emory University School of Dentistry in 1979, he joined the practice of Dr. Peter Dawson and Pete Roach in St. Petersburg, Florida. He is the senior partner at the International Center for Complete Dentistry, the Director of Faculty for The Dawson Academy and one of the team dentists for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.

His eagerness to share his extensive experience and knowledge in solving very difficult dental problems and restoring them to beauty and comfort has led him to teach both large and small hands on courses at The Dawson Academy. He is also in demand as a national and international lecturer. He is a member of several professional associations and study clubs including West Coast Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Executive Council of the Florida Academy of Dental Practice Administration, American Equilibration Society, American Academy of Restorative Dentistry, Affiliated Clinical Associate Professor at University of Florida College of Dentistry and Co-director for a Prosthodontic Study Club. He was also past President of the Pinellas County Dental Association and taught at the L.D. Pankey Institute for many years. He was recently recognized as one of America’s Top Dentists and honored at the Hinman Dental meeting with the Hinman medallion.

He and his wife Janet enjoy spending time with their four daughters, Erin, Kristen, Catherine and Lauren as well as with their twin grandchildren.

Dr. DuPont’s interests include fishing, golf and volunteering as a Youth Group leader in his church, St. Raphael’s Catholic Church. He and his wife also enjoy working with engaged and married couples at St. Raphael’s.
