Please call one of our Treatment Coordinators and they will be happy to assist you in making an appointment and answering any questions you may have.
Making Appointment Changes
To change or cancel an appointment we request 48 hours notice prior to your visit.
We appreciate your assistance with this as it allows other patients an opportunity to have an appointment and avoids broken appointment charges.
